offered for adults of all ages
CONNECT. LEARN. SERVE.
We all need to be CONNECTED…
Relationships are so important in our Christian walk. We find great value in our Sunday School classes! There are classes for all ages! They are offered each Sunday morning at 10:20am, sandwiched between the two services. We encourage to try different classes and see where you best fit. Please contact Sunday School Superintendent Bill Creel at email@example.com or the church office at firstname.lastname@example.org for more information.
AFC offers two types of Journey Groups, Sunday School and Small Groups. We encourage you to be a part of both!
New class led by Dr. Joe!
Young Adult class!
Are you in the college age to 30 age group? Not sure there is a class for you? AFC’s Young Adult class led by Derek Etherington, has been reworked, rebranded and renamed to REGENERATION. Stop by and give it a try. Sunday mornings at 10:20am in the lower level.
A class just for women!
Annette Doan leads this class designed specifically for women. Want to learn how to study the bible better and enjoy fellowship with other women? This class is for you! Whether it is doing a book study, a 30-day challenge, or studying a book of the bible, you are promised to learn and grow in your relationship with Christ.
Happening outside of class:
Some classes choose to do special things outside of regular class time…
Discipleship is the lifelong process of growing in your walk with God for the purpose of becoming more like Christ. At AFC, our mission is to make disciples who are obedient followers of Christ.
As a church we are committed to the Great Commission to “go therefore and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them and teaching them to observe all that I have commanded you”. (Matthew 28:19-20)
This mission is carried out at AFC by connecting with others in Sunday School classes and Small Groups.
Discipleship @ AFC:
Every Sunday @ 10:20am.
Classes meet in the lower level. Each class uses a specific curriculum that meets the spiritual needs of those who attend to engage its members in study, prayer, and fellowship.
Groups meet and discuss the latest sermon taught by Dr. Joseph Dagostino. The goal of Small Groups is to make scripture practical so that it can be applied to everyday life.
