offered for adults of all ages
CONNECT. LEARN. SERVE.
We all need to be CONNECTED…
Relationships are so important in our Christian walk. We find great value in our Sunday School classes! There are classes for all ages! They are offered each Sunday morning at 10:20am AND one at 11:15am. We encourage to try different classes and see where you best fit. Please contact Sunday School Superintendent Bill Creel at firstname.lastname@example.org or the church office at andersonfirstchurch.org for more information.
AFC offers two types of Discipleship Groups, Sunday School and Small Groups. We encourage you to be a part of both!
Meet our teachers:
A class just for women!
Keri Kardatzke teaches this multi-generational class created just for women. By using creative techniques and rotating themes and subjects often, it is Keri’s desire to help women build a stronger and deeper relationship with Christ. This class is a series based class. Join anytime. If you are looking for a place to connect with others and grow deeper in your relationship with Christ, you’ve found it in the Walking Together class.
A class designed for ages 18-25!
Happening outside of class!
Discipleship is the lifelong process of growing in your walk with God for the purpose of becoming more like Christ. At AFC, our mission is to make disciples who are obedient followers of Christ.
As a church we are committed to the Great Commission to “go therefore and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them and teaching them to observe all that I have commanded you”. (Matthew 28:19-20)
This mission is carried out at AFC by connecting with others in Sunday School classes and Small Groups.
Discipleship @ AFC:
Every Sunday @ 10:20am.
Classes meet in the lower level. Each class uses a specific curriculum that meets the spiritual needs of those who attend to engage its members in study, prayer, and fellowship.
Groups meet and discuss the latest sermon taught by Dr. Joseph Dagostino. The goal of Small Groups is to make scripture practical so that it can be applied to everyday life.
